Blackjack players have created tactics to beat the house and increase their winning percentages. One such strategy involves not one, but several individuals, whose efforts and skills are concerted to achieve a common end: top figure earnings.

Blackjack team play consists of individuals playing at different tables. These individuals are learned card counters and are called as "spotters." One player acts as the Big Player. When a spotter has determined that a deck has high-card probability, he signals the Big Player to join their table.

As such, teams such as those by Francesco devised another blackjack team play method known as "ace sequencing." This strategy involves tracking of card shuffles. This strategy aims to find out what the bottom card is--- to find where the Ace is. The deck is cut and the hands are played in such a way that will make the get the Ace. This strategy is more evasive than the Big Player strategy: casinos have more difficulty in determining when a team member is grabbing an extremely profitable moment.

Blackjack team play is a card game strategy that involves individual skills and efforts. The object of blackjack team play is for an assigned player to join a game only where player's advantage is high.
